NelisSolis Toys receives personal information (name, address, emailaddress and sometimes phone number) of a buyer from BrickOwl to fulfill the contract between NelisSolis Toys and a buyer. This information is on our email-server for at most sixteen (16) months, unless NelisSolis Toys is legally required to store data longer.

Data older than sixteen (16) months and not legally requiered to be stored any longer will be removed permanently. Data stored longer than sixteen (16) months due to legal requirements, will be removed permanently after the ending of the legal requirement, which is a maximum of seven (7) years in the Netherlands.

NelisSolis Toys does not use the provided information for any other purposes than fulfilling the contract ("the BrickOwl order"), now or in the future. Name, address, emailaddress and phone number might be shared with courier services (DHL, DPD, MyParcel, PostNL, Sandd, UPS) for delivery of the order. Your personal information will not be stored in any addressbook service provided by any of those couriers.
