Right of withdrawal, returning the order
According to European law, every EU-consumer (no company) has the right to return the order (no questions asked). Returning the items is possible under the following conditions:
- Buyer has contacted NelisSolis Toys (info@nelissolis.nl) no more than 14 days after receiving the order to inform that he/she wants to return the complete order. After this 14 days, the right of withdrawal is gone.
- Buyer hasn't broken the seal (if present), opened set-boxes or bags and hasn't used any of the items in the order.
- Return shipment is on buyers' expense, buyer should choose similar packaging (box, bubble wrap, enveloppe, etc) and shipping (registered, insured, etc) as the original order. Refunds are only made after NelisSolis Toys has received the items in the same condition as NelisSolis Toys shipped it.
- The right of withdrawal is a great possibility for EU-citizens in the world of e-commerce. However, return shipments are also expensive for NelisSolis Toys. Although NelisSolis Toys is not allowed to deny an EU-citizen this right, NelisSolis Toys will stoplist any buyer that (ab)uses the right of withdrawal.
- In case the seal is broken or items do return in a different condition, the refund will be corrected (according to the BrickOwl PriceGuide) for the devaluation of the items.
